This questions depends on a number of factors, but most people only need to be seen twice a year for a checkup and cleaning. More complex dental needs, such as periodontal disease, need to be seen more frequently. This is something we will cover with every new patient and help come up with a plan that best suits your needs.
Symptoms like red, swollen, or bleeding gums, persistent bad breath, receding gums, or loose teeth. Early detection of gum disease can prevent more severe issues, so regular dental check-ups are super important.
We provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, crowns and education on oral hygiene. Early dental care helps establish a lifetime of healthy smiles. Our biggest emphasis is making the visit comfortable and anxiety-free for children so that they can establish regular visits.
The cost can vary depending on your insurance coverage and specific needs. We offer extremely competitive pricing and provide a detailed breakdown during your new patient visit.
We recommend you reach out to us immediately. In the mean time, rinse your mouth with warm water, apply a cold compress to the outside of your cheek if there's swelling. Tylenol and ibuprofen can help manage the pain. Avoid putting aspirin directly on the gums or teeth.
Contact us and we will see you right away.
Preventing cavities involves a good oral hygiene routine: brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, reduce sugar intake, and visit the dentist regularly. We also recommend sealants for children's molars to protect against decay. Often, our diet plays a large role in the development of cavities. Sugary and sticky foods, pop or Gatorade (among others) create ideal conditions for the formation of tooth decay, or cavities.
Regular check-ups allow us to clean your teeth, check for signs of oral diseases such as cancer, provide preventive treatments, and perform early interventions, all of which contribute to maintaining your oral health and preventing costly problems.
Definitely. We can diagnose the cause of your tooth sensitivity and recommend treatments like desensitizing toothpaste, fluoride applications, or even restorative procedures if necessary.
